Video Mount Products (VMP) is planning on releasing five new rack products at InfoComm12 (June 13-15) this year in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company’s booth will sport its latest in rack system technology—presenting new rack systems, as well as new expansion kits for earlier products. For VMP, InfoComm12 will be an opportunity to present mount and rack solutions to the over 30,000 attendees of the show. VMP’s booth is N2540 this year.

ER-S1UP Vented One Space Adjustable Four Post Rack Shelf

The ER-S1UP is an adjustable four-post rack shelf designed for functionality and efficient form. It is a rugged shelf, according to VMP, that has a 200-pound load capability. This rack shelf can hold components 16.85 inches wide with an adjustable tray depth that can range from 14.75 inches to 25 inches. The rack shelf also has a one-space rack height of 1.75 inches.

FP-MFTB Multi-Just Mid-Size Flat Panel Wall Mount

The FP-MFTB Multi-Just is a new mid-size flat panel wall mount with tilt. Capable of holding up to 100 pounds, the MFTB is designed for flat panels ranging from 27 to 42 inches in need of a mounting option that is also able to tilt. The company says the MFTB is easy to set up and use, and because it uses only one hinge, it is able to fold up and down with ease and can angle compatible flat panels -5 degrees and up to +15 degrees. The adjustable wall mount comes with a kickstand and options for list adjustment and horizontal level adjustment. The MFTB places flat panels 2.3 inches from the face of the wall and can move vertically 1 inch. The list adjustment ranges from -3 degrees to +3 degrees. Alongside its variety of tilt and panel placement options, the MFTB allows for accessible cable management without dismantling the mount post-installation.

CH-001B Wall Mount Electronic Component Shelf

The CH-001B is designed for both residential and corporate use, boasting compatibility with an array of entertainment components. Suitable for everything from Blu-ray players to game consoles and most other entertainment electronics, this wall-mounted shelf can hold a single component or multiple by stacking as many CH-001B units as necessary. This shelf can be mounted just about anywhere, either on a single stud or other approved mounting surfaces, and is relatively space conservative. The CH-001B weighs in at 5.2 pounds and can hold up to 25 pounds. The rack itself is 13 inches wide, 12.6 inches deep and 9.05 inches tall, with enough shelf space for components that are 13 inches wide and 11 inches deep. With a black tempered glass shelf and a black powdered coat finish, VMP deems the CH-001B as stylish as it is space efficient.

AR-1B Portrait Mounting Adaptor Rails

With these new AR-1B adaptor rails, VMP has made it possible to enhance mounting rails by making room for up to 650mm vertical hole patterns. The AR-1B is designed to accommodate most mounts, specifically the LCS-MID-CB universal mid-size flat panel ceiling mount and the PDS-LCB large flat panel ceiling mount—plus other models from VMP and most other mounting rails.

ER-1-4PKIT Rack Extension Kit

The ER-1-4PKIT is a rack extension kit designed specifically for the ER-1 rack. Originally a two-post rack, the ER-1 can now be converted to a four-post rack with this new expansion kit. This new product is constructed with steel and has standard 10-32 threading for the expansion posts. With side stabilizing bars, and of course the two extra posts, the ER-1 along with the ER-1-4PKIT can, according to VMP, better take on the spatial challenges of wherever the 40-rack, 400-pound capable equipment rack is needed.
